As portable terminals such as wearables and fitness trackers evolve toward multi-functionality and longer battery life, they demand higher integration, efficiency, and flexibility from power management chips. Following the launch of the HL7542 and HL7546 series, Halo Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Halo Microelectronics") introduces the 1A high-efficiency, low-power synchronous buck DC-DC chip HL7547. With core advantages including ultra-low power consumption, high-precision regulation, and high reliability, this product delivers a more competitive power solution for portable devices.
Product Overview
HL7547 is a synchronous buck converter optimized for portable applications, featuring an input voltage range of 2.3V-5.5V and a maximum output current of 1A, suitable for various power supply scenarios. It integrates automatic PFM/PWM switching mode: PFM mode reduces power consumption under light load, while PWM mode ensures stable output under heavy load, maintaining over 92% conversion efficiency even at 1mA light load. Adopting a 1.54mm×0.77mm 8-pin WLCSP package and a high switching frequency of 1.5MHz, it significantly minimizes the size of external components, perfectly meeting the miniaturization needs of devices.
