In recent years, driven by the growing national awareness of sports and health, wearable devices represented by smartwatches and fitness trackers have gradually become one of the most concerned hot products among consumers. However, wearable devices require continuous power supply, and their battery life has become a key concern for consumers. Small battery capacity and high power consumption of components are among the main reasons for frequent charging. Product Overview

HL7546A has an input voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V and an output current of up to 800mA. Even when the load current is as low as 1mA, it can still maintain an efficiency of over 92%. Meanwhile, HL7546A adopts internal compensation technology to ensure the stability of VOUT output and excellent dynamic response performance.
 
HL7546A offers two output voltage adjustment methods: I2C voltage adjustment and VSEL pin configuration adjustment, which can better adapt to different application scenarios. Specifically, HL7546AW03/04 can set the output voltage through the VSEL Pin, while HL7546AWL01/02/05 can adjust the voltage via I²C or VSEL.
 
HL7546A operates at a high frequency of 1.5MHz, which significantly reduces the ratings of required external components (capacitors, inductors). Under medium to light loads, the chip uses Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) to reduce the quiescent current of MOSFET switching, thereby maintaining high conversion efficiency. Even at extremely low quiescent current, HL7546A can still provide excellent load and input transient response capabilities. Under heavy loads, HL7546A automatically switches to the 1.5MHz fixed-frequency Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) operating mode to reduce output voltage ripple and optimize load transient response performance. In standby mode, the supply current drops to below 3uA, significantly reducing battery power consumption.
